Pfaffien
Pf(BEIM){\ displaystyle \ mathrm {Pf} \ left (A \ right)}![{\ displaystyle \ mathrm {Pf} \ left (A \ right)}](https://wikimedia.org/api/rest_v1/media/math/render/svg/d9974eedb980b9a59328e44483555dc0a077c15b)
BEIM{\ Anzeigestil A}![BEIM](https://wikimedia.org/api/rest_v1/media/math/render/svg/7daff47fa58cdfd29dc333def748ff5fa4c923e3)

Geschichte
Formale Definition
Sei A = { a i, j } eine 2 n × 2 n antisymmetrische Matrix . Der Pfaffian von A ist definiert durch:
Pf(BEIM)=12nichtnicht!Σσ∈S2nichtsoGnicht(σ)Πich=1nichtbeimσ(2ich-1),σ(2ich){\ displaystyle \ mathrm {Pf} (A) = {\ frac {1} {2 ^ {n} n!}} \ sum _ {\ sigma \ in S_ {2n}} \ mathrm {sgn} (\ sigma) \ prod _ {i = 1} ^ {n} a _ {\ sigma (2i-1), \ sigma (2i)}}![{\ displaystyle \ mathrm {Pf} (A) = {\ frac {1} {2 ^ {n} n!}} \ sum _ {\ sigma \ in S_ {2n}} \ mathrm {sgn} (\ sigma) \ prod _ {i = 1} ^ {n} a _ {\ sigma (2i-1), \ sigma (2i)}}](https://wikimedia.org/api/rest_v1/media/math/render/svg/d83d5503f8937e6e41b1f1f0756208b7a26c0bdb)
α={(ich1,j1),(ich2,j2),⋯,(ichnicht,jnicht)}{\ displaystyle \ alpha = \ {(i_ {1}, j_ {1}), (i_ {2}, j_ {2}), \ cdots, (i_ {n}, j_ {n}) \}}![{\ displaystyle \ alpha = \ {(i_ {1}, j_ {1}), (i_ {2}, j_ {2}), \ cdots, (i_ {n}, j_ {n}) \}}](https://wikimedia.org/api/rest_v1/media/math/render/svg/2cdb4ae94e0b2ab8adcf8d94a68e9a75b7123109)
mit und . Ist

die entsprechende Permutation. π hängt nur von α ab. Gegeben eine Partition α können wir definieren:
BEIMα=sgn(πα)beimich1,j1beimich2,j2⋯beimichnicht,jnicht.{\ displaystyle A _ {\ alpha} = \ Operatorname {sgn} (\ pi _ {\ alpha}) a_ {i_ {1}, j_ {1}} a_ {i_ {2}, j_ {2}} \ cdots a_ {i_ {n}, j_ {n}}.}![{\ displaystyle A _ {\ alpha} = \ Operatorname {sgn} (\ pi _ {\ alpha}) a_ {i_ {1}, j_ {1}} a_ {i_ {2}, j_ {2}} \ cdots a_ {i_ {n}, j_ {n}}.}](https://wikimedia.org/api/rest_v1/media/math/render/svg/2d56d8d4c979a53bb4aa8a96f210d3e0dd4686b7)
Der Pfaffian von A ist dann:
Pf(BEIM)=Σα∈ΠBEIMα.{\ displaystyle \ operatorname {Pf} (A) = \ sum _ {\ alpha \ in \ Pi} A _ {\ alpha}.}![{\ displaystyle \ operatorname {Pf} (A) = \ sum _ {\ alpha \ in \ Pi} A _ {\ alpha}.}](https://wikimedia.org/api/rest_v1/media/math/render/svg/3750beee9dca3b110da58af8082a33278f12aada)
Alternative Definition
Wir können mit jeder antisymmetrischen Matrix 2 n × 2 n A = { a ij } einen Bivektor assoziieren :
ω=Σich<jbeimichjeich∧ej.{\ displaystyle \ omega = \ sum _ {i <j} a_ {ij} \; e ^ {i} \ Keil e ^ {j}.}![{\ displaystyle \ omega = \ sum _ {i <j} a_ {ij} \; e ^ {i} \ Keil e ^ {j}.}](https://wikimedia.org/api/rest_v1/media/math/render/svg/5365c7cfcdf5b73e9bbd2a509ff34ac3d45b964e)
1nicht!ωnicht=Pf(BEIM)e1∧e2∧⋯∧e2nicht,{\ displaystyle {\ frac {1} {n!}} \ omega ^ {n} = {\ mbox {Pf}} (A) \;e ^ {1} \ Keil e ^ {2} \ Keil \ cdots \ Keil e ^ {2n},}![{\ displaystyle {\ frac {1} {n!}} \ omega ^ {n} = {\ mbox {Pf}} (A) \;e ^ {1} \ Keil e ^ {2} \ Keil \ cdots \ Keil e ^ {2n},}](https://wikimedia.org/api/rest_v1/media/math/render/svg/3a096e6760afb97191693831d5f598701efa925d)
